Collection Viewings

• You are able to drop in or make an appointment to view the range at our Prahran Studio , 5 days a week
• All staff are part of the studio’s design team, so they will expertly assist you to select colours and special finishes to personalise your ‘White Label’ gown.

Buying a White Label Gown

• Once you have made your decision and accepted the quote, a 50% deposit is required to proceed. The balance plus the cost of any alterations (where applicable) is required at your fitting, and/or prior to collection of the gown.

Fitting

• Once the garment is ready for your fitting, we will contact you to make an appointment (approx 16 weeks after booking).
• Shoes and undergarments are required for your fitting, as both can affect posture/body shape and in turn the alterations made.
• Your garment is made to a set size and minor alterations can be made personalise the fit. One (1) fitting is included in the price of your gown, however all alterations and any additional fittings carry a fee* and will be quoted beforehand.

Final Fitting

The garment is finished and available for collection at the final fitting

• All finishes, fit and hemline are checked with you.
• Any final payments are made upon the collection of garment.
